ABOUT THE MOMAGER PROGRAM

Moms are the best managers in the world!

In fact, women in general manage things way better than men (sorry men, but we have to give it to them). Sometimes, we wonder why is the verb manage, is ‘man’age and not 'woman'age. (may be woman and age don’t go together well ;)?)

After becoming moms, women take their natural managerial skills to yet another new level. Time management, budgeting, planning, prioritizing, or name any other managerial jargon and moms would be doing it perfectly.

However, while doing so they take a backseat on their personal career front and decide to focus on kids. Often, their packed daily routines don't let them pursue their passions.

We at Cub McPaws want these natural managers to follow their passions and use their talents and managerial skills to help us build Cub McPaws.

That’s why we have launched a first of its kind recruitment program - “Momager”.

We offer work from home, consulting, part-time, and full time work opportunities across teams where moms can add significant value.

Is Momager program for me?

You may have a new-born child, a toddler who just started playgroup or a 16-year-old kid about to embark on a college journey, we have roles for you.

You may be located in Mumbai where Cub McPaws has its office, or anywhere in India or abroad, you may find some opportunity with us.

You may have family commitments that limit your work time, may be you can’t leave home since you care for your in-laws or parents or you are looking for a full time role after a long break, you can still apply for the program.

All that is required is that you

1) are a mother
2) have relevant experience for the role you are applying, or have a demonstrated passion or interest in relevant field
3) have willingness to learn

Job specific requirements can be found in individual job descriptions.

Yes, there will be a shortlisting process and a rigorous interview process but we can ensure you that a career gap, ability to work only for limited hours, or location will not matter depending on the role.
