You can return any returnable** product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
What is a returnable product?Products that are NOT 1) used 2) washed / laundered or 3) damaged can be returned. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange. In particular, socks and undergarments (including vests and camisoles) are not eligible for returns if the customer has opened the original packaging or has tried the product. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, you can raise an exchange or refund request after logging in to your account. Once the product is returned, we will issue a refund through the same payment mode that the customer has used for making a payment online. In case of COD orders, you may have to provide bank details for us to process refunds. Cash refunds are not possible. For COD orders we will send you a SMS through PAYTM - please follow the instructions as per the SMS and the refund will be processed instantaneously - you need not have a PAYTM account for availing COD refunds.
For your reference, below is the content of the SMS that you will receive for your COD refund :
"Hi (Customer Name), Cub McPaws is issuing you COD refund of Rs.{Amount} for your order. Click to accept xyz/paytm.com -Paytm"

* Details provided here should be the same as per customer order details. The company will have no liability if the customer provides us bank details of a third party.
How to return a product?
1. Log into your account on the website www.cubmcpaws.com using your registered email id.
2. In the My Orders section, you will see all your orders. Select the order for which you want to place a request for exchange or return. Please note - the status of your order should be "DELIVERED".
3. Once you raise the request, we will arrange for a pick up in the next couple of days. Please keep the product ready, along with the original product tags etc.
4. Once we receive the product, we do a thorough quality check and if it is in an unused condition, we ship the exchange product or issue a refund.
5. If there is a size mismatch, we will first offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement provided, then a refund as mentioned above will be issued.
An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. To cancel your order, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account on the website www.cubmcpaws.com using your registered email id.
2. In the My Orders section, you will see an option to cancel your order.
3. Click on cancel order. You can only cancel the order before it gets dispatched.
